Reporting tools

You can report a profile, photo, badge, or message directly from the app.

What happens after a report

  1. We confirm receipt and create a case.
  2. We review evidence and prior history.
  3. We take action (warning, restriction, suspension, or removal).

Enforcement actions

  • Warning: education and reminder of guidelines.
  • Feature restriction: limited messaging or visibility.
  • Temporary suspension: time-based removal.
  • Permanent ban: account termination and device block.

Appeals

Members may appeal enforcement decisions. We review appeals within a reasonable timeframe.

Emergency situations

If a credible threat of harm is reported, we may contact law enforcement where required.

Abuse prevention

  • Limits on mass-reporting and brigading.
  • Manual review for high-impact actions.
  • Repeat abuse triggers accelerated enforcement.
